81% of VC firms don’t have a single black investor — BLCK VC plans on changing that

Venture capital has a diversity problem . BLCK VC , a new organization founded by Storm Ventures associate Frederik Groce and NEA associate Sydney Sykes to connect, engage and advance black venture capitalists, is ready for a new era in the industry. LASU was founded in 1983. The school has four campuses located at Ojo which houses the main campus and Ikeja, Epe and Surulere. The institution has 9 faculties namely Faculty of Engineering, Social Sciences, School of Basic Medical Sciences, Education, Business Administration, School of Clinical Sciences, Law and Arts. LASU has a student population of over 61,000 students.
